The Self-Service Luggage Storage Terminal
Hand luggage with dimensions up to 50x60x85 cm is accepted for storage. The luggage storage facility operates daily from 00:00–24:00.
It is prohibited to place the following items in the luggage storage facility:
○ sharp or fragile items (without appropriate packaging), explosive, highly flammable, radioactive, toxic or foul-smelling items, ammunition, documents, valuables, and animals.
○ narcotic substances and other substances prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
○ opened beverage bottles and other opened packages that may leak, as well as any other packages containing liquids.
There is no maximum storage duration; however, food products and other items that may spoil during storage should not be stored for longer than 24 hours.
Company representatives and security personnel have the right to open locked lockers in cases where there are suspicions regarding the storage of items or substances prohibited under these rules, or if unpleasant odors or other suspicious signs are detected.
When depositing luggage for storage:
○ select the language;
○ choose the service: luggage deposit or luggage retrieval.
To place luggage in the terminal:
○ select the desired luggage storage duration (minimum storage period is 1 hour);
○ fill in the contact information fields (e-mail address and phone number);
○ create your own unique four-digit code, which will function as the password for opening the locker compartment during retrieval;
○ using a bank card, make payment for the entered/selected luggage storage duration. Payment can be made using a payment card at the POS card reader or by using a contactless payment card or smart device at the POS contactless card reader;
○ after payment, the terminal will send the receipt and the customer-created access code (four digits) to the specified e-mail address. The created code will be required for luggage retrieval;
○ the locker door will open automatically. After placing the luggage inside, the customer must close the locker door;
○ luggage storage fees are determined according to the price list. Payment for the selected storage period is charged at the time of luggage deposit, while payment for extended storage, in cases where the luggage is retrieved after the prepaid storage period has expired, is charged at the time of retrieval. Additional charges are calculated from the first exceeded minute after the selected period, and the calculation interval for additional charges is one hour.
Luggage retrieval from the terminal:
○ luggage can be retrieved by manually entering the previously created code (four digits) on the luggage storage terminal screen;
○ if, after entering the luggage retrieval code, a warning appears on the screen stating that the entered code is incorrect, please verify the correctness of the code in the previously received e-mail. If this does not resolve the issue and the code is still invalid, please call +371 25665546.
○ after retrieving the luggage, the customer must close the locker door!
It is prohibited to force open, damage, or otherwise interfere with the equipment, furniture, or other property located in the storage area. Retrieval of luggage without the access code will result in a contractual penalty of 100.00 EUR plus compensation for damages caused. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances are prohibited from using the luggage storage service. If the service is used in such a condition, the company assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising during the use of the service, including cases where the access code is forgotten.
Regarding luggage storage duration:
○ if the luggage storage period exceeds the originally selected and paid period by more than 48 hours, the luggage compartment may be opened and the luggage moved to a separate secure room. In such cases, please contact +371 25665546.
○ if it is determined that the luggage contains products or other items that have begun to spoil during storage (unpleasant odors, leakage, etc.), the luggage will be opened and spoiled or unusable items will be removed and destroyed, and the luggage itself may also be relocated in order to prevent further issues.
